This project is a level II technical infrastructure, located at lot HTKT-01, Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (phase 1), Vinh Trinh commune, Vinh Thanh district, Can Tho city, with a land area of ​​2.51 hectares. The project includes main items such as collection tank, treatment tank cluster, monitoring tank, Module 1 incident lake, operator house, office, toilet, generator house, equipment, workshop, monitoring house, domestic waste warehouse, hazardous waste warehouse, toilet, sludge press house, chemical warehouse and chemical mixing, guard house, transformer station, parking lot. The project investor, VSIP Can Tho Joint Stock Company, is responsible for complying with the provisions of the law on land, construction investment and this construction permit. Regarding the location of the project, comply with the Detailed Construction Planning Project at a scale of 1/500 for the investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (phase 1), approved by Can Tho City in Decision No. 3447/QD-UBND dated September 18, 2024 of Vinh Thanh District People's Committee and the master plan at a scale of 1/500 of the Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant of Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (phase 1), Can Tho City, with a total capacity of 12,000 m³/day and night (6,000 m³/day and night/Module) in Decision No. 259/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2025 of Vinh Thanh District People's Committee. The foundation and other components of the project's construction items must not extend beyond the boundaries and construction limits of the land plot according to the approved detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500 of the project... During the construction implementation process, the investor and the construction unit are required to approve the construction plan to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety, labor safety, environmental sanitation and be legally responsible to the state management agency. This license is valid for construction commencement within 12 months from the date of issue.
