A very heartbreaking and unprecedented thing happened, that is, the police tested the body of a 3-year-old boy for drugs . This was to confirm whether or not there was and to strengthen the quantitative factor in the case of a boy being threatened, tortured, and forced to put his mouth into the straw of a drug device by a man, which has spread at a terrifying speed on the internet since the night of March 24th until now.

Heartbreaking images in public opinion
The incident happened in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City many months ago and was just discovered. The man, according to initial information, was the lover of the mother of a 3-year-old girl. He repeatedly used a metal tool to threaten and clamp the girl's private parts and allegedly forced her to take drugs while the mother and a little girl were present.
By the afternoon of March 26, the police had found the pair of suspects as they were traveling to Cu Chi district. A search on the spot uncovered 0.21g of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Through testing, both tested positive for drugs, but the 3-year-old child did not. Ho Chi Minh City police took the child to the City Children's Hospital for a health check. Fortunately, the child showed no signs of abnormality.

A man showing signs of abusing a 3-year-old child was discovered when he and his lover moved to Cu Chi district to live.
To be frank, forcing a child to put their mouth on a drug device to smoke, even though they don't know if it's actually drugs because the investigation is still underway, is an inhumane act.
The incident happened before the eyes of a little girl, thus, at least two young souls received hauntings that could follow them throughout their lives. This certainly has a negative impact on their development, personality formation, emotions, and attitudes towards life later on.
And the woman’s calm, somewhat excited attitude, was incomprehensible when it came from an adult, not to mention the victim’s mother. That attitude exuded all the indifference, complicity to the point of horror in the act of torturing the child.
Just the above three points alone are enough to show that the authorities cannot help but clarify the case as quickly as possible.
Because if we do not act soon, clarify and handle this decisively, the consequences for public opinion, ethical concerns, and panic about humanity due to witnessing the inhumane images in the clip will continue to spread.
The values of protecting children in a more or less vulnerable society depend on bringing to light and dealing with these acts of violence correctly.
The picture of danger should be redrawn.
Society used to be terrified of stuffing garlic into a lover's mouth until he died, stabbing relatives, screaming on top of electric poles... but now, drug users have a tendency to turn young souls into dark shades.
Regarding the physical harm, according to specialist 2, Nguyen Minh Tien, Deputy Director of the City Children's Hospital (HCMC), if children use drugs or addictive substances in the short term, they will be poisoned with symptoms such as apnea, convulsions, liver and kidney damage, and impaired consciousness. In the long term, it will affect neurological development, psychomotor development, psychology, personality disorders... and depending on the constitution, some children use it 3 times, 5 times, but some children become addicted after only 1 time.
Therefore, along with quickly handling the case of the 3-year-old child, the picture of the dangers of drug addicts probably needs to be redrawn to raise the level of awareness even higher.
