By the afternoon of March 26, the police had found the pair of suspects as they were traveling to Cu Chi district. A search on the spot uncovered 0.21g of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Through testing, both tested positive for drugs, but the 3-year-old child did not. Ho Chi Minh City police took the child to the City Children's Hospital for a health check. Fortunately, the child showed no signs of abnormality.

Just the above three points alone are enough to show that the authorities cannot help but clarify the case as quickly as possible.

Because if we do not act soon, clarify and handle this decisively, the consequences for public opinion, ethical concerns, and panic about humanity due to witnessing the inhumane images in the clip will continue to spread.

The values ​​of protecting children in a more or less vulnerable society depend on bringing to light and dealing with these acts of violence correctly.

Regarding the physical harm, according to specialist 2, Nguyen Minh Tien, Deputy Director of the City Children's Hospital (HCMC), if children use drugs or addictive substances in the short term, they will be poisoned with symptoms such as apnea, convulsions, liver and kidney damage, and impaired consciousness. In the long term, it will affect neurological development, psychomotor development, psychology, personality disorders... and depending on the constitution, some children use it 3 times, 5 times, but some children become addicted after only 1 time.

Therefore, along with quickly handling the case of the 3-year-old child, the picture of the dangers of drug addicts probably needs to be redrawn to raise the level of awareness even higher.
