Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Ia H'Drai District Party Committee to urgently direct the investigation, identify violators, volume and area of ​​damage for strict handling; clarify whether the management and use of forestry land by Sa Thay Rubber Joint Stock Company is for the right purpose and in accordance with the law.

On that basis, organize a review and handle collective and individual responsibilities of Sa Thay Rubber Joint Stock Company, Ia H'Drai district, Ia Toi commune and related units (if any) for the incident.

Previously, as SGGP Newspaper reported, in the area of ​​Ia Toi commune, Ia H'Drai district, many areas of forest were destroyed, and trees were cut down and lying around.

According to the report of Kon Tum Forest Protection Department, through the on-site examination, the damaged area is 0.98ha. Currently, there are 48 tree stumps that have been cut down; the scene has 51 trunks and branches with a volume of more than 17.9m3 ^of round wood.
