On June 26-27, in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, the Naval Region 5 Command coordinated with the Military Procuracy of Region 2 and the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3 of the Navy to organize a conference on legal dissemination and education in 2025.
At the Conference, delegates studied and learned 4 topics including: Some new points of the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; the situation of violations and crimes in 2024, causes and preventive solutions; basic contents of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, Supporting Tools and documents guiding their implementation.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers in complying with State laws and military discipline, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" unit, and successfully completing assigned tasks.
Colonel Tang Ngoc Thach, Deputy Chief of Politics of Naval Region 5, emphasized: "Disseminating new legal regulations that are close to the practical operations of the unit will help officers and soldiers be more proactive in their awareness and actions.
When each soldier clearly understands what is allowed and what is not allowed in each specific situation, compliance with the law and discipline will become automatic. Thereby, creating a solid foundation for enforcing legal regulations and maintaining discipline in the unit."

This is also one of the important contents, contributing to raising the sense of responsibility, building a regular and strict discipline in the whole Region, practically achieving achievements to welcome the 14th Congress of the Navy Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
