It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours (day and night of July 25), the sea area from Dong Thap to Ca Mau (including Vinh Long sea area) will have a southwest wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough sea, wave height from 2 - 3m.
