Colonel Le Huy Sinh - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 disseminated and deployed Plan No. 868 dated October 20, 2024 of the Coast Guard Region 2 Party Committee on Party congresses at all levels in the entire Coast Guard Region 2 Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the same time, assign specific tasks to deploy the preparation work for the 5th Regional Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030) in line with the functions and tasks of each sub-committee, department, agency and the responsibilities and tasks of each individual. The leaders of Coast Guard Region 2 requested to promote the role and responsibility of collectives and individuals in deploying and organizing implementation.

Colonel Tran Hong Que requested that Party committees, commanders, political commissars, and political officers of agencies and units promote responsibility, grasp the content of the document, and concretize it closely with the tasks of the Party committee, Party cell, agency, and unit to lead, direct, and organize the congress to ensure quality, in accordance with prescribed procedures and principles.
