From the journey to affirm position...

On the journey of thousands of miles with the nation to find the true values of peace , independence, freedom, and happiness, there is always the shadow of Thanh land, or at least Thanh Hoa elements. From the first steps of prehistoric people to the peaks of Vietnamese culture, the mark of Thanh Hoa is undeniable. Through the archaeological relics and artifacts found on this land, people can imagine a book of artifacts, recording the journey from unconsciousness to consciousness, from the beginning to civilization of human society. From the heroes, the kings who founded the dynasty, to the people who "carried swords to open the land", there is even more of Thanh land, with many names that have made history. From the majestic mountains to the vast ocean, Thanh land is not only a treasure trove of precious natural resources, capable of creating a lever for development; The special geopolitical position also turns this land into a place where "Vietnamese patriotism in its most serious moments finds its last refuge and from there creates new successes"... It can be said that, looking at the depth of its historical past or the richness of its cultural traditions, Thanh Hoa can become a typical representative of Vietnamese history and culture and is worthy of the statement "Thanh Hoa is a miniature Vietnam".

Born on a land rich in patriotism, resilience, bravery and sacrifice, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has inherited and promoted that precious tradition. Since then, the Thanh Hoa army and people have won many glorious victories during the fierce war years and in the period of building and defending the homeland today.

Among the many outstanding achievements that affirm Thanh Hoa's spectacular acceleration, perhaps the GRDP scale in the 2020-2025 period must be mentioned, always in the top 10 nationwide and for many years reaching the highest level among the North Central provinces. To achieve that, the Provincial Party Committee issued Action Plan No. 45-KH/TU (dated December 6, 2021), aiming to implement and take advantage of the unique advantages from Resolution No. 37/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly, on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Thanh Hoa province. As a result, the specific mechanisms of Resolution No. 37/2021/QH15 have brought a new impetus for Thanh Hoa's socio-economic train to accelerate strongly, contributing to the implementation of the goals and tasks set out in Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and developing Thanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

In 2024 alone, Thanh Hoa's GRDP (at current prices) will reach VND 318,752 billion, ranking 8th out of 63 provinces and cities; the growth rate of total product in the area will reach 12.16%, ranking 2nd in the country; GRDP per capita will reach USD 3,494. State budget revenue is also a bright spot, in which 2022 is the first year that the province's budget revenue will exceed VND 51,000 billion (1.62 times higher than in 2020), with the figure of VND 51,138 billion; by 2024, this figure will increase to VND 54,341 billion, the highest ever and ranking first in the North Central provinces, ranking 8th in the country.

Not stopping at impressive economic growth figures, Thanh Hoa also affirms its position as an attractive investment destination, based on the advantages of Nghi Son economic zone and tourism development potential. This is also a lever for Thanh Hoa to invest in completing the economic - social infrastructure system, with transport infrastructure as the "backbone". At the same time, step by step creating many modern, vibrant coastal tourist areas and cultural and eco-tourism destinations rich in identity, attractive... Along with that, education, health and poverty reduction are also pillars of sustainable development and always receive Thanh Hoa's investment attention. In addition, the stable socio-political situation, national defense - security, social order and safety are maintained; foreign relations, international economic integration are strengthened; Party building and political system work are carried out synchronously and achieve important results... have been and are creating a solid foundation for Thanh Hoa to develop effectively and sustainably.

It can be affirmed that in the 95 years since its establishment and leadership of the revolutionary cause, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has led the People to write golden pages of history for the land of "spiritual land and talented people". Then, the achievements are measured by impressive growth figures, bringing a greater value: "The value of trust". When the People put their trust in the wisdom and courage of the "helmsman", that trust will become the driving force to nurture the aspiration for a rich, beautiful and civilized Thanh Hoa.

...to the "rearrangement of the country"

If history is like a book, with countless events interwoven in the timeline, there will always be moments that are named by history not only because of the value of the event, but also because of its symbolic meaning. And, July 1, 2025 - the moment marking the "reorganization of the country", will be recorded as a historical turning point of strategic significance, aiming to build a modern administrative system, serving the people.

“Rearranging the country” with a focus on building a two-level local government, contributing to building a streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient political system, with the meaning of a great revolution. But in the end, for the revolution to succeed, it requires a lot of sacrifice and especially a fundamental change in the old way of thinking, old perception, old ways of doing things, and even values that are no longer suitable for current reality.
