Similarly, 30 plots of land at DT-01 Point, Tien Thang Commune, Me Linh District (Hanoi City) will also be auctioned on April 5. The plots of land have an area of ​​80-126 m2/plot with a starting price of 5.1 million VND/m2. On April 12, Me Linh district continued to auction the land use rights for 28 plots of land at Point DT-01, Tien Thang commune, Me Linh district (Hanoi). Previously, Quoc Oai and Soc Son districts (Hanoi) also announced the auction of a series of land lots. Specifically, on March 19, Soc Son district organized an auction of the right to use 23 residential land plots in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune.

The plots of land have an area of ​​89-200m2, starting price is 17.4 million VND/m2, step price is 2 million VND/m2. Customers participating in the auction deposit 311-698 million VND/plot of land. The auction is a direct voting round at the auction session according to the ascending price method.

On March 29, Soc Son district auctioned the right to use 33 plots of land in Thach Loi village, Thanh Xuan commune. The total area of ​​the plots is 3,680 square meters. The plots have an area ranging from 108-121 square meters/lot, with a starting price of 10.6 million VND/square meter.

On March 28, Quoc Oai district organized an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land (LK1, LK2) at the project of constructing the technical infrastructure for the auctioned land use rights in DG 31 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune. The plots of land have an area of ​​85-122 m2/lot with a starting price of 5.4 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is by direct voting in multiple rounds according to the method of bidding up.
