Ta Dung National Park launches planting of 15,000 trees

Attending the launching ceremony were more than 200 delegates representing local authorities, forest rangers, staff of Ta Dung National Park, households contracted to protect the forest and communities living in the buffer zone.

Many delegates attended the launching ceremony at Ta Dung National Park held on the morning of May 19, 2025.

Also participating in the launching ceremony was JOY FOUNDATION Social Company Limited. This is the sponsor of seedlings for Ta Dung National Park to plant scattered trees in 2025.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Khuong Thanh Long, Director of Ta Dung National Park Management Board, emphasized the essential role of trees and forests in the context of global climate change.

Units donated seedlings for planting at the ceremony

Planting trees not only contributes to environmental protection and natural disaster reduction, but is also a practical action to improve the quality of life and sustainable development.

With the slogan "Each individual is a green nucleus", Ta Dung National Park calls on all cadres and people to act together for a green - clean - beautiful environment.

Contracted households and youth union members of Ta Dung National Park participate in tree planting after the launching ceremony.

Through planting trees and forests, each person will contribute to building an increasingly beautiful homeland and country, improving the ecological environment, and mitigating natural disasters.

Immediately after the ceremony, delegates and local people directly planted more than 500 trees along Highway 28, in the forest area managed by the National Park.

In 2025, Ta Dung National Park plans to plant 15,000 trees of various types in the forest and buffer zone.

It is expected that by the end of August 2025, Ta Dung National Park will complete the plan to plant 15,000 trees, greening the forest area managed by the unit and the neighboring buffer zone.

Every year, Ta Dung National Park organizes a tree planting campaign, attracting a large number of participants.

Previously, in 2024, Ta Dung National Park coordinated with neighboring units, villages, and buffer zone hamlets to plant more than 20,000 trees.

People in the buffer zone are very excited to participate in tree planting and forestation activities launched by Ta Dung National Park.
