Craft workshops are a new entertainment trend, loved by many children.
On the weekend, An Nhien, from Lao Cai ward, was taken by her parents to participate in a handicraft workshop. Each week, there was a theme, and she and her friends were able to hold brushes, color, mold pottery, decorate mirrors, etc., helping An Nhien and the "little craftsmen" unleash their creativity. Nguyen Vu An Nhien, from Lao Cai ward, Lao Cai city, said: "I got to make handicrafts, draw giraffes, rabbits, vases of roses, etc. The teachers guided me in making clay. I love the teachers very much, and I really enjoy participating in this activity."
Ly Khanh Huyen, Ban Qua commune, Bat Xat district shared: "The most difficult thing for me is drawing on canvas, but the teachers guided me very enthusiastically. When participating in the activities, I feel very skillful, I create more things. I get to take home the handicrafts I made, I really like this activity."
Craft workshops help children develop their thinking and talents.
The craft workshop is held every Sunday, with a maximum of 15 children participating each session. This interesting playground not only helps children develop creative thinking, but also gives parents peace of mind when managing their children during the summer. Ms. Luong Lan Huong, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City shared: "There are craft activities for children, I brought my child here to experience, away from electronic devices. Today, I found the drawing class very interesting so I joined with my child. The craft activities here are very diverse, the children really enjoy participating."
Ms. Vang Thi Thanh Hang, Deputy Director of Dream Sky Center said: "The weekly workshops help children increase their creative thinking ability. Participants are children from 4 years old and up and adults. All workshops are guided by specialized teachers."
In the craft workshop space, the whole family can sit together and make handmade crafts, which will surely be a memorable experience for children during the summer.
