Dinh Tan Commune held a seminar to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day

On the afternoon of November 15, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Dinh Tan commune held a discussion to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025).

At the seminar, delegates and teachers reviewed the 43-year tradition of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and the process of building and developing the education sector of Dinh Tan commune.

In Dinh Tan commune, there are 12 schools at all levels from kindergarten to junior high school with a total of 298 managers, teachers and administrative staff. The 2025-2026 school year is the first year that schools have organized and implemented their tasks, under the management and operation of the 2-level local government model. Although there are still many difficulties, the education sector of Dinh Tan commune is proud of the achievements it has made in the past time, that is, the education system continues to be stable and developed; school facilities and equipment continue to receive attention and investment in construction. The team of managers, teachers and administrative staff at all levels are received, recruited, mobilized and arranged, gradually overcoming the situation of surplus, shortage and imbalance between levels and subjects.

The quality of the teaching staff has been improved with 100% of teachers meeting or exceeding standards; the quality of mass education has been maintained. Every year, the graduation rate of junior high school and high school is 98% or higher; the quality of key points has many clear changes. 100% of schools in the commune meet national standards level 1, of which 7/12 schools meet national standards level 2. The work of socializing education, encouraging learning, encouraging talents, and building a learning society has achieved good results, implemented in many diverse and rich forms.

Speaking at the seminar, representatives of teachers expressed their joy and excitement at the attention of local authorities and people, considering it a driving force for schools to continue to strive, thereby constantly improving professional qualifications and skills, actively innovating teaching methods to further improve the quality of local education.

As part of a series of activities to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, Dinh Tan commune also organized a volleyball and pickleball tournament with the participation of 82 athletes from 12 teams from kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in the commune.

With the spirit of sportsmanship , solidarity and enthusiastic competition, the teams brought the audience great plays and beautiful goals.

This is not only an opportunity for athletes to demonstrate their skills, bravery and spirit of fair competition and solidarity, but also a healthy and useful playground to improve physical fitness and prevent social evils from entering the educational environment. Thereby, developing the sports movement of the education sector of Dinh Tan commune, contributing to serving the teaching, learning and spiritual life needs of cadres, teachers and employees in the whole sector.
