Thereby, she shared the great loss and encouraged the martyr's family to soon overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Le Ngoc Lan expressed his deep gratitude to martyr Huynh Tri Phuc. At the same time, he requested local agencies, departments, unions and the hamlet Party Cell to continue to have practical activities and work to care for and support the martyr's family; at the same time, strongly promote the movement "All people protect the security of the Fatherland", contributing to maintaining security, order and social safety in the area.
According to Nhon Trach Commune Police, martyr Huynh Tri Phuc, born on September 10, 1989, hometown in Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province. At 6:50 p.m. on March 31, 2025, while on duty to arrest a property thief in Phuoc Kieng neighborhood, he was violently resisted by the subject, resulting in serious injuries. Although he was rushed to the emergency room by his teammates and the people, due to the seriousness of his injuries, he heroically died on the way to the hospital. In recognition of the merits of martyr Huynh Tri Phuc who sacrificed his life for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, on October 7, 2025, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 2217/QD-TTg deciding on the granting of the "Fatherland's Gratitude" certificate to the martyr.
