Phu Loc Commune bustled with a night of art and fashion shows to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day

(CTO) - On the evening of November 19, at the Phu Loc Commune Park stage (Can Tho City), the Department of Culture - Society coordinated with the Commune Culture - Sports Center to organize a music and fashion show to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025).

Cultural program with the theme: Praising the Party, Uncle Ho; love for the homeland, country and people; Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of Phu Loc Commune People's Committee Tran Le Diem Chau sent his best wishes to teachers on the traditional day of the Education sector. At the same time, he emphasized that Vietnam Teachers' Day is an opportunity for the whole society to show gratitude to those who work in "cultivating people"; to arouse and spread the value of respecting teachers, which is a fine tradition of the Vietnamese people.

Ms. Tran Le Diem Chau affirmed that the image of teachers is always imprinted in the mind of each student with their dedication and tolerance. From the hours of diligent teaching, to each reminder, each sincere word of encouragement, teachers have devoted all their heart to cultivating knowledge and personality for students.

The night of cultural performances and fashion shows brought the audience meaningful moments and deep impressions.

This year's program was elaborately staged, opening with an orchestral performance, followed by many solo, duet, trio, dance and modern dance performances by students, Dance Kids Club and The Star Dance Group.

The highlight of the night was two fashion shows performed by teachers from schools in the commune. With cheerful music and gentle narration, teachers confidently strode in carefully prepared costumes, highlighting the image of a friendly, approachable yet elegant and graceful teacher.

The cultural night and fashion show brought meaningful moments to the audience, creating a connection between school, family and society; at the same time arousing pride and responsibility in taking care of the local education career.
