Hoan Kiem Ward builds the style of "Listening to people, speaking so people understand, making people believe"

After 4 months of implementing the two-level local government model, Hoan Kiem ward has achieved encouraging results. After successfully organizing the 1st Congress of Hoan Kiem ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Standing Committee of the ward Party Committee has had many solutions to promptly grasp the situation of cadres, party members and people, assign members of the Standing Committee of the ward Party Committee, and establish working groups to monitor the areas of residential groups.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations have promoted their core role in mobilizing people to actively participate in Party building and the political system, creating consensus in implementing the ward's political tasks.

The tasks of economic development, social security assurance, and urban management in the ward continue to be seriously implemented. The total state budget revenue in the ward accumulated from July 1, 2025 to present has reached 5,144 billion VND.

The work of managing urban order and beautifying streets is focused on. The ward continues to implement key investment projects of the city, including: Completing phase 1 of the project to renovate, expand and beautify Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square; investment project to compensate, support, resettle and renovate the TOD area east of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward Trinh Hoang Tung discussed and answered questions within his authority.

In his concluding remarks, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem Ward, Vu Dang Dinh, respectfully accepted all the enthusiastic and highly responsible comments from the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people of the ward.

Comrade Vu Dang Dinh suggested that Party committees, ward authorities, and residential groups at all levels should strengthen their grasp of public opinion, especially pressing and prominent issues and incidents among the people, in order to promptly resolve them at the grassroots level. From there, build the style of "Listening to people, speaking so that people understand, making people believe"; regularly innovate and improve the quality of contacts and dialogues between Party committee and government leaders with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and the people. After the dialogue, Party committees and ward authorities should focus on resolving legitimate opinions and recommendations and widely announce the results of the resolution so that people know and agree.

Emphasizing that 2026 is a year of many important events for the capital and the country, the Secretary of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee hopes to continue receiving comments and suggestions from cadres, party members and people of the ward on Party building and government building; the implementation of political tasks in 2026 and the following years, striving to build a rich, beautiful, modern, elegant and civilized Hoan Kiem ward.
