Accordingly, at around 2:00 p.m. the same day, the City Police Command Information Center received a report that two children were trapped in a deep hole in the Tram mountain area.

Upon receiving the news, the Center mobilized forces and vehicles of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area No. 28 (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police) to quickly go to the scene to organize rescue.
Assessing the complex terrain of the rocky mountain area, making it difficult to access the deep hole, the force commander promptly directed officers and soldiers to conduct reconnaissance and approach the incident site to determine the exact location of the victims. The rescue force simultaneously organized first aid and used specialized equipment to deploy the rescue team, bringing the victims to a safe location.

With the sense of responsibility and efforts of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police, technical measures were deployed urgently and synchronously. After a period of effort to carry out the task, the functional forces were able to bring the two victims out of the deep hole and move them to a safe location.
According to initial information, while on a family picnic in the Tram mountain area, a 4-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl slipped and fell into a deep hole and became trapped, unable to get out on their own.
The health of the two children is now stable.
