At the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh said: In the first 10 months of 2025, the ward has completed many important targets. The accumulated budget revenue up to October 20, 2025 in the area reached 32,598 billion VND/32,598 billion VND, reaching 100% of the city's assigned estimate. The ward has completed the construction of 2 projects: Restoration and embellishment of Dinh Cong Ha temple relic (Dam Sen temple) and renovation of the flower garden at plot B1/CX1 of Dinh Cong ward.
In addition, attention has been paid to administrative reform. The rate of administrative procedure settlement before and on time is over 90%. The work of receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations is carried out in accordance with regulations. From July 1 to October 20, 2025, the Ward People's Committee received 56 citizens, received 45 petitions and complaints from citizens. The settlement of petitions and complaints from citizens is ensured to be timely and in accordance with regulations.
At the conference, the ward leaders received and answered people's opinions and recommendations on many areas: State management of urban areas, traffic order and safety; investment in upgrading roads, alleys and streets in residential areas; issues of social security, education and health; issues of cultural institutions, meeting houses for residential groups, playgrounds for children.
Representatives of the Front Working Committee (CTMT) of residential groups 25, 28, 29 proposed to build a meeting house for the residential area of 3 residential groups 25, 28, 29.
The representative of the CTMT Board of residential groups 56, 57, 58 said that at the intersection of Ngoi Sao School and CT11 building, trading often takes place, causing inconvenience to people's travel and the amount of waste discharged from the market affects the aesthetics and environment. The people requested the Ward People's Committee to direct a decisive handling so that this situation does not recur; at the same time, requested the Ward People's Committee to have a plan to reorganize the children's playground in the residential area between CT11 and CT12A buildings, which has now turned into a bicycle parking lot.
People also pointed out some current situations, recommending that the Ward People's Committee pay attention, consider, and find solutions: At lane 219 Dinh Cong Thuong, alleys 248/192, 415/192, 445/192, 111/192 Le Trong Tan street, the road surface is seriously degraded, making it very difficult to travel; lane 219 Dinh Cong Thuong and alley 248/192 Le Trong Tan are experiencing serious flooding; the flea market in lane 66 Kim Giang street is unsanitary...
After listening to 17 opinions, the ward leaders and representatives of specialized departments of Dinh Cong ward answered and clarified many contents, and affirmed that all opinions and recommendations will be received, checked and have specific answers.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dinh Cong Ward Nguyen Quang Trung assigned relevant units of the ward to fully synthesize all opinions. On that basis, the ward will develop a specific solution plan with a roadmap, timetable and assign responsibilities to each leader, each department and professional office to research, advise and implement the contents with the highest efficiency.
