Identifying three breakthroughs that demonstrate the aspirations of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations

The Congress listened to and seriously accepted the important instructions of General Secretary To Lam. With profound opinions, both strategic and concrete, the General Secretary conveyed the spirit and aspirations, creating new impetus for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations to promote their potential, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and strive to better fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and the people.

After studying the draft documents to be submitted to the Congress, the Congress had 62 comments, 12 comments discussed in the hall, 50 comments discussed in groups, contributing to the documents to be submitted to the Congress. The comments were profound, dedicated, and responsible, demonstrating the will and aspiration to rise up of the cadres and people.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, creativity, innovation and development, the Congress passed the Resolution, affirming the important results achieved by the Party Committee in the 2020-2025 term; unifying the direction, goals, tasks and solutions, three strategic breakthroughs, 10 groups of targets for the 2025-2030 term, demonstrating the will and aspirations of the Party Committee, contributing to the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the Congress, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Party Committee Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Do Van Chien, on behalf of the Congress Presidium, reported on personnel work.

Specifically, based on Appendix 3 issued with Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, it is stipulated as follows: The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations: 45 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations: 15 comrades; three Deputy Secretaries: one Permanent Deputy Secretary and 2-3 full-time Deputy Secretaries; the Party Committee's Inspection Committee: 9 to 11 comrades; the Chairman and two Vice Chairmen of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

After the 14th Party Congress, the Politburo will appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the Central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term. Thus, from now until the Politburo appoints personnel for the new term, the comrades of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, the members of the Inspection Committee, the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the current Party Committee will still be responsible for leading and directing the entire work of the Party Committee - Comrade Do Van Chien affirmed.

Regarding the Party delegation attending the 14th National Congress of the Party, according to comrade Do Van Chien, the Politburo issued Decision No. 2381-QDNS/TW on appointing delegates of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations to attend the 14th National Congress of Delegates, including 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

In his closing speech, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien affirmed: The Congress expressed deep confidence in the Party's policies and guidelines, especially the revolution in reorganizing the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, strong, effective - efficient - effective; the model of a two-level local government; the model of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations comprehensively leading the political tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State. The Congress expressed joy and great expectations for the newly issued Resolutions of the Politburo. Delegates attending the congress not only brought with them faith in the political line of the Congress but also the echoes of the heroic spirit of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, together with the entire Party, people and army, entering an era of national development to build a prosperous, prosperous, civilized and happy country.

The Congress called on all cadres and party members in the entire Party to promote the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", to be proactive and determined in organizing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations; to play a good political core role in promoting the people's mastery, consolidating and strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc, contributing to building a clean and strong Communist Party of Vietnam; to build a prosperous, prosperous, civilized and happy country in the new era - Comrade Do Van Chien clearly stated.
