On the afternoon of November 1, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 ( Hanoi Traffic Police Department) said that the unit had just invited Mr. PNH (born in 1972, in Quang Ninh) to the headquarters to work, due to his involvement in the reflection "A man with a cast on one arm driving a Limousine", posted on social networks.
In addition to Mr. H., the police also invited Mr. NVH (born in 1984, in Quang Ninh ), the owner of the Limousine, to come in for questioning.

Earlier, on the morning of October 30, a photo of a man with one arm in a cast, sitting in the driver’s seat of a limousine on the Mong Cai - Hanoi route, appeared on social media. After being posted, this photo attracted the attention of many people.
After receiving the information, Traffic Police Team No. 6 sent officers and soldiers to the scene, checking all cameras along the route to verify the incident.
At the police station, Mr. NVH said that at that time, he made an appointment with Mr. PNH to come and see the Limousine for sale. After looking at the body and chassis of the car, Mr. PNH sat in the driver's seat to check the quality of the engine.

Mr. NVH confirmed that Mr. PNH only sat in the cockpit and did not drive the car.
After working with the vehicle owner, Traffic Police Team No. 6 drew up an administrative record and fined Mr. NVH for stopping the vehicle in a place with a sign prohibiting stopping and parking.
