Verify teenager driving motorbike with feet

A 30-second clip circulating on social media shows two teenagers riding a motorbike on a rural road. Images from the clip show the driver letting go of both hands and using his feet to push the handlebars to steer. Meanwhile, the teenager sitting behind holds a phone to film the clip. The driver also continuously raises both hands to show excitement, regardless of the danger.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department to coordinate with professional units to verify.

Through initial verification, one of the two teenagers in the clip is YHN (17 years old, residing in Ea Tar commune, Cu M'gar district). The working group coordinated with Ea Tar commune police to invite YHN and his guardian to the headquarters for questioning.
