Verifying the case of the female principal stealing dried plums and chestnuts at Bach Hoa Xanh

On December 30, the Departmentof Education and Training of Vung Liem district (Vinh Long province) reported on the case of Ms. PTBH, principal of a kindergarten in the area, stealing items at Bach Hoa Xanh.

According to the report, the Department received 2 photos of Ms. H. holding a cardboard document with the content: "PTBH... arrested at Bach Hoa Xanh Vung Liem" and 1 photo of items from this store and a white handbag.

The above image is said to be of Ms. H. Ms. H. is in the process of reappointing the principal.

The Department contacted Ms. H. to get a preliminary understanding of the two images above. On December 25, Ms. H. submitted a report stating that the two images were of her taken at Bach Hoa Xanh in Vung Liem.

In her statement, Ms. H. said that because she suffered from paranoia, work pressure, and could not control her emotions, she did not think and took a box of dried plums and a box of chestnuts and put them in her personal basket and was discovered by a Bach Hoa Xanh employee. Ms. H. admitted that she did wrong and did not report the incident to her family.

Attached to the report, Ms. H. also provided a medical examination report dated December 25 at Vinh Long Mental Hospital.

The Department of Education and Training has reported to ask for direction from the leaders of the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committee of Vung Liem district.
