On the evening of November 12, Quang Ninh continued to "explode" with the concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" with themes ranging from "Discipline and Unity" to "Aspiration to Lead". This is the second concert after "Ha Long Concert 2025" held on October 29. The program left a very deep impression on the people in the province, as well as tourists who came to enjoy it in person, as well as watch it online on TV channels and social networks. The program is part of a series of events to stimulate tourism in the fall - winter of Quang Ninh, gradually building the destination brand of large-scale, grand, international events...

Quang Ninh, with its many potentials and advantages, is a land with a long history, with many famous landscapes, relics, festivals, and many cultural identities of the ethnic groups in the province that have been passed down and preserved, and have now become a tourism product with strong appeal to domestic and foreign tourists. Many remote areas of the province have now become destinations for many tourists, including many international visitors, because of the appeal of cultural identities that are preserved and promoted.

A recent example, opening the local autumn-winter tourism chain, on October 25 at Luc Na communal house, Luc Hon mountainous commune opened the 2025 Golden Season Festival. Within the framework of the 2025 Golden Season Festival, Luc Hon commune organized many tourism and cultural experiences, such as: Visiting, taking photos, harvesting rice on terraced fields; creating conditions for tourists to attend the Tay people's New Rice Celebration, experiencing "Flying over the Golden Season" paragliding, trekking journey to conquer Cao Xiem peak. Tourists can also participate in the space displaying OCOP products, specialties and highland cuisine .

The 2025 Golden Season Festival also expands the community tourism model with the tour "Stay in the village - Eat with the people - Work with the same profession"; visit, experience, check in Tay ethnic villages and physical education and sports activities in the commune... The activities bring people and tourists attractive and impressive experiences when coming to the beautiful land of Luc Hon; friendly, hospitable people, rich in national cultural identity...

Also in October, the 2025 An Sinh Temple Traditional Festival took place in a solemn, respectful atmosphere imbued with national cultural identity. The festival aims to pay tribute to the merits of the Tran kings and their predecessors, educate the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", and at the same time propagate and raise awareness of preserving and promoting the value of the Tran Dynasty's Special National Monument Complex in Dong Trieu. The festival is an opportunity for people and tourists to respectfully commemorate the merits of the Tran kings, contributing to promoting the cultural and historical values of Dong Trieu land, the cradle of Truc Lam Yen Tu Buddhism, the birthplace and burial place of many Tran Dynasty kings. This is also an opportunity to promote the development of spiritual cultural tourism in Quang Ninh.

Since the beginning of the year, in Quang Ninh, many exciting and impressive cultural events and activities have taken place, spreading the value of the land rich in tradition with many unique cultural features, such as: Yen Tu Festival, Cua Ong Temple Festival, Bang Ca Village Festival, Tien Cong Festival, Song Mun Festival, Van Don Traditional Festival, Going to the Fields Festival, Van Don Traditional Festival, Dong Dinh Communal House Festival and Tay Tien Yen Ethnic Culture and Sports Festival... The festivals not only meet the cultural and spiritual needs of local people but also spread the traditional cultural beauty of the mining land to domestic and international friends.

Closely following the orientation in the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, departments, branches and localities are focusing on creatively and effectively implementing the resolution in conjunction with the conclusions and resolutions of the Central and the province on cultural and human development, in order to unleash resources and make breakthroughs in local socio-economic development. In particular, Resolution 17-NQ/TU (dated October 30, 2023) of the Provincial Party Committee on building and promoting cultural values and human strength of Quang Ninh to become an endogenous resource, a driving force for rapid and sustainable development is being focused on by all levels, branches and units in conjunction with building a culture rich in Quang Ninh identity, quickly narrowing the regional gap in the province.

In addition to the work of maintaining and preserving the province's historical and cultural values, since the beginning of 2025, the province has deployed the compilation of scientific dossiers to rank special national relics for two relics: An Bien temple and Xa Tac temple; sent 8 delegations of athletes to participate in national sports competitions, participated in 6 national sports competitions and won 35 medals (13 gold medals, 9 silver medals, 13 bronze medals)...

The province is focusing on developing cultural industry and cultural services to better meet the people's cultural enjoyment needs. In particular, focusing on developing a number of key cultural products with focus and key points, associated with preserving and promoting the role of traditional cultural heritages and relics to gradually build Quang Ninh into a regional cultural and artistic center with focuses in the Ha Long Bay area, the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son and Kiep Bac Monuments and Landscape Complex, gradually affirming its position as a leading attractive destination for heritage and cultural tourism in Asia and the world.

At the same time, deploy and implement the Project to develop Quang Ninh into a tourism center connecting the region and the world by 2030, with a vision to 2045; the Project to pilot the development of the night-time economy in some key tourism areas... The province continues to allocate resources to organize and host cultural and entertainment events, sports competitions at the provincial, national and international levels, contributing to the development of tourism, services, and cultural promotion...

According to the plan, the province will organize a Grand Ceremony to commemorate King Tran Nhan Tong and receive the World Cultural Heritage Certificate for the Complex of Monuments and Landscapes of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac; an art program to celebrate Christmas; the first National Travel Festival; Ha Long Cruise Festival... At the same time, it will focus on cultural and sports activities, especially on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 to promote regional cultural values, contributing to creating solidarity and unity among ethnic groups in the province, thereby continuing to spread the cultural values of regions in the province.
