Facebook group administrator fined for posting clip with toxic content

Previously, through monitoring cyberspace and with the coordination of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention ( Ministry of Public Security ), the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention of Da Nang Police discovered the Facebook group "Brothers of the North - Central - South" with nearly 10,000 members, gathering many cyber gangsters.

This is one of the "forums" for bad guys to post clips with deviant, toxic content, affecting young people and potentially affecting security and order.

During the investigation, the police clarified and summoned the administrator of this group, Mr. L.D.N (born in 1993, residing in Da Nang ) to work.

Facebook group administrator was fined by many people for posting a clip with content that read 2 pictures 1 — The administrator of the group "Brothers of the North - Central - South" was invited to work by the police.

Here, Mr. N admitted his actions in not censoring articles and content posted on social networks, affecting security and order.

Currently, the police have disabled the Facebook group "Brothers of the North - Central - South".

At the same time, a decision was made to fine Mr. N 15 million VND for the acts of "Providing and sharing fabricated information, causing panic among the people, inciting violence, crimes, social evils, gambling or serving gambling" and "Advertising, propagating, sharing information about prohibited goods and services" as prescribed in Article 101 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP dated February 3, 2020 of the Government .
