According to Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lai Chau province Tran Quang Khang, Lai Chau currently has many famous tourist attractions such as: Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge tourist area, Heaven's Gate tourist area, Pusamcap cave area, paragliding adventure tourist area "Flying on the roof of Indochina" associated with Dao ethnic cultural experience in Si Thau Chai village, ASEAN-Sin Suoi Ho community tourism village.

Lai Chau is also a land rich in historical and cultural traditions throughout the country's development, where the National Treasure of the ancient stone stele engraved with the poem of King Le Thai To guarding the border is preserved; the rich and diverse cultural identity of 20 ethnic groups living together; is a bridge between two famous tourist destinations of SaPa and Dien Bien Phu; the people are gentle, friendly and hospitable.

In addition, Lai Chau has over 133 tourist accommodation establishments (including 01 5-star hotel, 33 hotels from 1 star to 3 stars with over 1,200 rooms); 148 restaurants with many traditional dishes of ethnic minorities and 4G mobile network system, fiber optic cable, high-speed Internet covering 8/8 districts, cities, 100% of communes, wards and towns.
