Attending were representatives of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, provincial Federation of Labor committees and students participating in the Chinese language course.
In the context of increasingly deep international integration, it is necessary to equip trade union officials with Chinese language skills to communicate and coordinate more effectively in trade union activities with international elements. At the same time, it increases efficiency when participating in negotiations with foreign enterprises to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
In response to this practical need, the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor decided to open a Chinese language class for union officials. Accordingly, 40 union officials - mainly grassroots union officials at enterprises - have registered to attend the course.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Thai Minh Sy - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the teaching unit to organize quality, professional, flexible classes, suitable for the time of the trainees. At the same time, he requested that the trainees participate fully, with the highest spirit and responsibility to achieve the best quality, which can be applied in work, communication, and proactively adapt to the new requirements of trade union work in the integration period.
The representative of the training unit affirmed that the team of experienced teachers and flexible, practical training methods will accompany and support to create the best conditions for students to absorb knowledge effectively and maximize their abilities.
