Currently, Yen My district has over 299 hectares of guava, concentrated in communes such as Viet Yen, Dong Than, Hoan Long... In order to improve economic efficiency, in recent years, the district's professional department has regularly promoted the use of high-yield and high-quality guava varieties for production; supported the transfer of science, technology, and VietGAP standards; implemented well the care and pest control stages... Up to now, the whole district has 100 hectares of guava certified by VietGAP. The average income value of 1 hectare of guava is 200 million VND/year.
