According to the Department of Construction, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Construction has coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to redefine the boundaries of the area to convert the functions of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park; redefine the scale of detailed planning and survey; spread a number of landmarks including: the scope of the land to build 3 blocks of provincial political administration buildings, the road leading to the conference and exhibition center block.

According to the Department of Construction, in order to start construction of the Provincial Political and Administrative Center, it is necessary to carry out related procedures including: updating selected ideas into the general planning, locally adjusting the planning of subdivision A2, Bien Hoa city; selecting architectural plans; establishing, appraising, and submitting for approval detailed planning...

At the meeting, the Department of Construction also proposed a number of solutions to speed up the implementation of project-related tasks such as updating related planning, preparing investment proposal documents, and organizing architectural competitions.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said that according to plan, the project to build the provincial political and administrative center will start construction on September 2.

To carry out the next steps, the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance must work urgently and agree on the form of project investment, report to the Provincial People's Committee to seek opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, it should be noted that the investment plan must closely follow the direction of building sustainable projects, with appropriate scale, aesthetics and appropriate investment level.
