The ZTE Axon 50 Ultra features a 6.67-inch curved OLED display with FHD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 10-bit color support. The device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, combined with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of optics, the phone has a triple rear camera cluster including a 64MP Sony IMX787 main sensor with OIS support, a 50MP secondary camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera. The front camera has a resolution of 16MP.
The highlight of the device is the Beidou two-way satellite communication system. Users can send emergency messages even when they are out of coverage area. This feature is currently only available on flagship products from Apple and Huawei.
The Axon 50 Ultra is equipped with dual stereo speakers, supporting DTS: X Ultra. The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
Currently, there is no information about the price and release date of the Axon 50 Ultra. It is possible that the smartphone will only be sold in the black version.
