On May 22, at the Children's Palace of Da Nang City, the Central Council of Young Pioneers coordinated with Dai Truong PhatEducation Group to organize the semi-finals of the South Central Coast and Central Highlands region of the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching out to the world".

As a result, the team of Kim Dong Primary School, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province won the first prize in the region and qualified for the national final round.
Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Supporting and Developing Vietnamese Children Le Anh Quan said that the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching out to the world" aims to concretize the Project "Building a learning society in the period 2021 - 2030" and the Project "Improving foreign language skills and international integration for Vietnamese children and youth in the period 2022 - 2030" of the Prime Minister; creating conditions for children to proactively improve their social understanding, learn about the beauty of traditional culture of the nation, historical relics, and scenic spots of the homeland and country, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam to international friends.
The playground also aims to enhance the coordination between the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization and families, schools and society to support, accompany and create an environment for children to compete in studying, improving themselves and improving their English skills through learning and entertainment activities.

After more than 4 months of implementation, the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching Out to the World" has received nearly 15,000 entries with nearly 20,000 children registering to participate in the online round. The Organizing Committee has selected 100 excellent teams nationwide to participate in the semi-finals of the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching Out to the World" from May 17 to June 10 in the provinces and cities: Hanoi, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Can Tho./.
