Top 15 destinations in the world in Summer 2025 include Nha Trang city

According to a newly released ranking from the Mastercard Economic Institute (USA), Nha Trang city is one of the world's top 15 tourist destinations in the summer of 2025.

Nha Trang ranked 11th on the list and is also the only representative of Vietnam in this ranking.

The list is based on advance booking data for summer 2024 and 2025, showing a significant growth trend in arrivals to Asia, especially from Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

The cities listed include Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan); Paris (France); Shanghai, Beijing (China), Seoul (South Korea); Singapore (Singapore); Palma De Mallorca, Madrid (Spain); Rio de Janeiro (Brazil); Nha Trang (Vietnam), Reykjavik (Iceland), Hurghda and Sharm El-Sheikh (Egypt).

According to the Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, this summer is expected to see an explosion of green tourism and community tourism, in addition to the traditional appeal of the sea and islands.

In particular, the Nha Trang Sea Culture and Tourism Festival 2025 promises to become a highlight, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.

The festival takes place from April 10 to June 27, 2025 with nearly 40 notable activities and events including the national fine art stone sculpture camp; Khanh Hoa hot air balloon festival called "Sea, islands of love seen from the sky"; scientific workshop "Preserving and promoting Khanh Hoa cultural heritage associated with green growth and sustainable development"; agarwood festival; ao dai festival; international culinary festival; Khanh Hoa bird's nest festival; 2025 Sea Festival book street; Nha Trang sup championship international stand-up paddle board championship; grand scene of the fishing festival...

The official program of the 2025 Sea Festival takes place from June 7-9, with activities and events such as the opening ceremony, the carnival program "Sea Town enters the festival," sea sports activities, the international art program "Come here with the sea," and the closing ceremony of the 2025 Sea Festival.

The coastal city of Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province) is located on the bay of the same name and is recognized as one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
