15 teams compete at the Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-family Group" Cluster III

On the morning of November 14, at the new urban area of ​​Minh Luong market, Minh An quarter, Chau Thanh commune (An Giang province), the Firefighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-family Group" 2025, cluster III, hosted by Chau Thanh commune, took place.

Teams compete in firefighting, rescue and first aid practices.

According to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team" in 2025 in 102 communes, wards and special zones in the province is divided into 6 competition clusters. Specifically, cluster I has 15 teams; cluster II has 17 teams; cluster III has 16 teams; cluster IV has 20 teams; cluster VI has 17 teams and cluster VI has 17 teams.

The cluster III competition hosted by Chau Thanh commune had 15/16 “Fire Prevention and Fighting Inter-family Teams” participating, each team consisted of 11 members competing. The competition content consisted of 2 parts: Theory (answering questions about knowledge of fire prevention, fighting and rescue); practical competition on fire fighting, rescuing people and moving property for the type of house used for residence combined with production and business.

The organizing committee awarded first, second and third prizes to the teams.

As a result of the theoretical competition, the organizing committee awarded first prize to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team of Dong Hoa commune; the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team of Vinh Phong commune won second prize and the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Team of Chau Thanh commune won third prize.

In the practical competition, first prize went to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Chau Thanh Commune; second prize went to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Van Khanh Commune and third prize went to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Dong Hoa Commune.

In summary, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Chau Thanh Commune won first place; second place went to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Dong Hoa Commune and third place went to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Group of Vinh Phong Commune.
