
On the evening of November 12, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade opened the Vietnam Regional Specialties Fair, with 200 booths and spaces for trade, cuisine , and display of typical products.
The fair attracted nearly 150 businesses, cooperatives, representatives of industry associations... from 31 provinces and cities.

The products displayed and introduced at the fair are all typical products, specialties of localities, products with protected geographical indications, and many new products with quality and packaging designs oriented towards export.
Including heritage rice cakes, Seng Cu rice, Muong Khuong chili, smoked buffalo meat, Chi Lang custard apples... from the Northwest highlands; braised fish from Vu Dai village, Tu Ky blood worms, Hung Yen longan, Siu Chau peanut candy, Quang Ninh shrimp floss... from the Red River region; Thanh fish sauce, Ly Son garlic, Phu Yen seafood, Ninh Thuan grapes, agarwood, wind-dried persimmons, macadamia nuts, and one-sun-dried beef coffee.

Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Anh Duong said that the organization of fairs is always updated with new methods suitable for the digital transformation era and the development of e-commerce, to become an effective bridge between localities, businesses and consumers.

Within the framework of the fair, trade connection activities take place continuously between businesses and major distributors and e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon...
