
The competition attracted 16 teams from leading hotels, resorts and food and beverage (F&B) industry establishments in the region.
The new point of this year's competition is the expansion of scale and regional exchange, with the participation of teams from neighboring localities such as Hue, Quang Tri ..., contributing to enriching the culinary identity of the Central region.
The teams will bring dishes that comply with international standards with creative combinations of imported chicken from the US and local spices.
Within the framework of the event, there will be a series of exhibition activities of booths, products supplying the hotel industry; seminars on hotel industry strategies...

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Chairman of the Danang Hotel Association, representative of the organizing committee, said that after 5 seasons of organization, the "Danang Professional Chef" competition has become a symbol of passion, creativity and integration.
The event not only honors the talents of chefs but also demonstrates the constant efforts of the culinary community in Da Nang in particular and Vietnam in general in improving skills, preserving national identity and moving towards international standards.

This is an opportunity for new cooperation, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's tourism - hotel - culinary industry in the future.
