The contest was launched from April 17 to May 20, in response to Workers' Month 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneer Entering a New Era". Thereby, promoting and spreading practical and meaningful activities of trade unions at all levels to celebrate events, anniversaries, and major holidays of the locality and the country. At the same time, it recognizes and honors the simple but emotional moments of workers in production and daily life, and the solidarity and companionship of trade unions in caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
The Organizing Committee received 680 entries via the online form, including 240 valid color photos as required and posted on the Binh Thuan Trade Union Fanpage. As a result, the individual A prize went to the work "Rewarding workers" by the group of authors from the Trade Union of Right Rich International Company Limited; in addition, there were 2 B prizes, 3 C prizes and 6 consolation prizes. The Organizing Committee also awarded 4 collective prizes and selected 3 works with the highest number of likes to award interactive prizes.
Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Hoa - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation assessed: Although it was implemented in a short time, a number of grassroots unions showed their interest and submitted a large number of works to the contest, with the investment of authors and groups of authors. Many works closely followed the theme of the contest, reflecting union activities in the lives of union members and workers; the work was recorded, reflected, and spread; especially the examples of good people and good deeds, union members and workers in the emulation movement of labor production, contributing to the construction and development of the province. Through the moments recorded from the contest, it not only contributed to spreading a positive image of the union organization on social networks, but also served as a bridge to help unions at all levels get closer to workers, demonstrating the role of accompanying and caring for and protecting the rights of union members in all circumstances.
