164 households received compensation for land acquisition in Nong Thuong commune.

Vietinbank Bac Kan Bank cooperates in paying compensation for land acquisition and clearance to households in Nong Thuong (Bac Kan City).

This payment is based on Decision No. 669/QD-UBND dated April 11, 2025 of the People's Committee of Bac Kan City, approving the compensation and site clearance support plan for the sub-project in Nong Thuong commune.

A total of 164 households in Hop Thanh, Thanh Cong and Na Nang villages received compensation, with a total payment of more than 41 billion VND. This includes compensation for land, housing assets, structures, crops, support for career conversion and job search.

Representatives of the Land Fund Development Center of Bac Kan city propagated the state's support policies on site clearance work, including resettlement issues.

This is one of the large-scale payments, demonstrating the city government’s commitment and efforts to ensure the rights of people in the project area. The payment was made publicly and transparently, with the witness of relevant agencies, local government representatives and beneficiaries.
