According to the homeroom teacher of class 5B, who also took the students to the emergency room, the students had previously drunk milk tea sold next to the school.

The children have been given intravenous fluids to rehydrate and their health is stable.

Upon receiving the news, the Buon Ma Thuot city health department also set up an inspection team to work with the school and take samples of milk tea for testing.
