17 students in Dak Lak hospitalized due to suspected food poisoning

According to Doctor Pham Hoai An, Thien Hanh General Hospital, Dak Lak province, on the afternoon of November 22, the hospital's Emergency Department admitted 17 students with symptoms of food poisoning.

Students are receiving IV fluids and health monitoring at Thien Hanh General Hospital.

Specifically: 17 students of class 5B, Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School, Ea Tu commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, were hospitalized with dizziness, nausea and diarrhea...

According to the homeroom teacher of class 5B, who also took the students to the emergency room, the students had previously drunk milk tea sold next to the school.

The children have been given intravenous fluids to rehydrate and their health is stable.

Upon receiving the news, the Buon Ma Thuot city health department also set up an inspection team to work with the school and take samples of milk tea for testing.
