On the morning of May 17, the Union - Youth Union of Tuoi Tre Newspaper coordinated to organize a Running Race to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

This is the third time the tournament has been held, so the number of participants has increased significantly. Specifically, the tournament attracted 230 athletes from Tuoi Tre newspaper, public service units under the City Youth Union, companies with offices in Tuoi Tre building and some Lao athletes.

This year the race took place at Suoi Tien Cultural Park. The highlight of the race is that the entire track is covered.

Surrounded on both sides by rows of cool trees, the athletes feel extremely comfortable. In particular, the flat running track creates the best conditions for spectacular acceleration.

The race has two distances: 3km and 5km. In addition, employees of Tuoi Tre newspaper representative offices also participate in the online race.

Athletes from Lao student dormitories and companies continued to dominate almost all the titles in this year's race. However, the surprise came when Pham Son Kien excellently finished first in the men's 5km event, bringing victory to Tuoi Tre newspaper.
