26 projects in Hai Duong need to speed up site clearance progress

According to the Hai Duong Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, the province currently has 26 projects invested by the unit that need to speed up site clearance to ensure the plan.

The project to renovate and upgrade the extended provincial road 396 (the section connecting provincial road 391 to provincial road 390) through Thanh Ha district is one of the projects that need to speed up the site clearance progress.

Projects under the land management scope of 11 districts, towns and cities with a total value of site clearance that needs to be implemented in 2025 is nearly 1,400 billion VND.

Of these, 24 projects have been allocated capital in 2025; 2 projects are approving capital plans.

Among the localities that have been allocated capital, Binh Giang district has the highest remaining land clearance value with more than 390 billion VND in 2 projects. Next is Kinh Mon town with 3 projects , the remaining land clearance value that needs to be completed is 315 billion VND; Tu Ky district has 3 projects, with 204.5 billion VND...

2 projects are approving capital plans in Ninh Giang district and Hai Duong city.

According to the Construction Investment Project Management Board, site clearance is the decisive factor in the disbursement progress. Construction work will only be carried out when the site is handed over. The disbursement results of the construction package and other costs depend on the site clearance progress. Failure to meet the progress will affect the overall disbursement plan of the whole province.
