260 grassroots cultural nuclei were trained in performing arts skills and sports training.

On the afternoon of June 11, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a summary training course to improve professional skills for the management board of cultural houses, sports areas, and core teams, groups, and cultural, artistic, physical education and sports clubs at the grassroots level in 2025.

The training course took place over 3 days, from June 9 to 11, attracting 260 trainees who are core members of cultural, artistic and sports teams, groups and clubs of 13 villages and residential groups in Vu Thu and Dong Hung districts and Thai Binh city to participate. Trainees were taught 11 topics, focusing on disseminating regulations on organization, operation and criteria of cultural houses and sports areas in villages and residential groups; instructions on organizing propaganda and visual agitation activities, decorating festivals, using the Party flag, national flag, national anthem, national emblem and portrait of President Ho Chi Minh. In addition, trainees were instructed on skills in staging and performing Cheo singing and dancing, new singing and dancing, folk dancing and singing; skills in practicing sports such as tug of war, folk dancing, volleyball, etc.

At the end of the training session, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of completion to the trainees. On this occasion, the trainees practiced performing arts to report the results of the training session.
