This afternoon (October 29), Cong Hai Commune Police (Khanh Hoa) confirmed that they, together with the parents, had educated three teenagers who violated traffic safety laws on the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 27, while performing the task of patrolling to protect security and order at a number of traffic routes and key areas, the working group of Cong Hai Commune Police ( Khanh Hoa ) discovered a group of 3 teenagers playing carefree in the middle of the highway on the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao route, through Cong Hai Commune.

Discovering the police, the group of teenagers ran to the hillside by the road to hide. Cong Hai Commune Police urgently coordinated with the Cam Lam – Vinh Hao Expressway Project Management Board to extract images from cameras installed on the expressway to investigate the group of teenagers mentioned above.

Through investigation, the three teenagers were identified as Pinang R (born 2016), Pinang M (born 2010) and Pinang M (born 2016), Raglai ethnic people, all residing in Ma Trai village, Cong Hai commune (Khanh Hoa). While herding cows, the three teenagers invited each other to the highway to play around and throw rocks for fun.

Cong Hai commune police warned and educated the three teenagers, and asked their families to commit to closely monitoring them and not letting them re-offend.
