Ms. Pham Thanh Ha, Deputy Head of the Training Management Department, Foreign Trade University, said that this time, 2,034 full-time university students (including 1,905 at the Hanoi headquarters and 129 at the Quang Ninh campus) graduated. Of these, more than 20% of students achieved excellent academic results.

Many students also achieved outstanding results in scientific research, extracurricular activities, community service and professional and talent competitions at home and abroad.

Many scientific research projects of this generation of students have won high prizes, including 3 groups receiving awards from the Ministry of Education and Training, 24 groups winning school-level awards, along with many articles and publications domestically and internationally.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Thu Huong, Principal of Foreign Trade University, praised the students' academic and training achievements.

The principal said: “As a senior, I want to share with you that any career path that brings value to life is precious and the journey to achieve achievements on that path requires a lot of effort and hard work.”

She hopes that new graduates "know their dreams and understand their dreams" so they dare to take risks, face challenges, and clearly define their own path and way.

"Please listen whenever possible because that is the most sincere way to express your feelings, the way to receive the most love, and the most effective way to establish a personal development ecosystem," the principal shared.

She advised students to believe in themselves, stay strong to accept all challenges and not miss out on life's opportunities.

"You should accept and learn from failure and understand that it is just that we 'have not succeeded'. Accept it as an opportunity to practice and grow, to become stronger and more resilient on the journey to conquer life's goals," said Ms. Huong.

At the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Thu Huong also awarded Certificates of Merit to 30 new graduates who achieved the title of valedictorian of the entire course and honored and rewarded 23 outstanding students. Among them, there were 2 valedictorians who graduated with absolute scores of 4.0/4.0: Hoang Thi Minh Hanh (valedictorian of the Advanced Program of Foreign Economics ) and Nguyen Khanh An (valedictorian of the International Business Law Program under the professional practice model).
