For 33 years, Nam Long has been striving to develop, so that urban residents can have the best quality of life possible. On November 16, 1992, in a 28m² room, with only 7 members, Nam Long Construction Company Limited was born. Architect Nguyen Xuan Quang, after a decade of working at the Ho Chi Minh City Planning Institute, wanted to create a decent "professional playground" for his friends who were architects who were nurturing ambitions in the context of the nascent construction and real estate market.

Just one year later, the “Nam Long House” program was announced, Nam Long oriented to become a professional and sustainable real estate developer. These were also the first steps of Nam Long in the land fund development strategy, the philosophy of building houses, and creating a home for Vietnamese people.

The central area is increasingly overloaded with: traffic congestion, lack of green space, high land prices, so the need to spread out the population to the suburbs is very reasonable. Nam Long foresees this trend and chooses to develop integrated urban areas in satellite areas, so that people can have a complete life”.
