| According to the Management Board of the Ha Tinh Economic Zone Construction Investment Project (investor), the above road section belongs to the Central Urban Area - Ky Ninh Tourist Urban Area Cross-Road Project (phase 1), approved by the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee in 2010 with a total investment of over 319 billion VND. The total length of the entire route is over 9.2km. |

In phase 1, the project completed 8.8/9.2 km of construction, meeting the standards of a grade III road. At that time, more than 400m through Tan Thang village, Ky Ninh commune could not be constructed due to land clearance problems. "The investor has asked the construction unit to take advantage of favorable weather to speed up the progress to complete the road for people to travel," said a representative of the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects in the Ha Tinh Economic Zone. |

Some residents in the project area have relocated and handed over the site for road construction. “The road has not been constructed for the past 14 years, making it difficult and dangerous for people to travel. I hope the contractor will soon complete the road,” said a resident of Ky Ninh commune. |

Bac A Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company was assigned to construct the road. Currently, the project implementation unit has completed the drainage ditch, excavation and filling of the ground, and transported the components to the work site. |

Mr. Nguyen Van Thai, Director of Bac A Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, said that the construction unit has been working for nearly a month, but due to heavy rain, the workload is not large. "This route has a lot of traffic, the weather is not favorable, so the construction is very difficult. The unit will try to complete the road surface before Tet, spread crushed stone for people to travel and complete more", Mr. Thai informed. |
