The healthy living movement's bounce
From the early morning of October 5, Sala urban area (HCMC) was bustling like a "racetrack of energy". Thousands of athletes in the signature blue-black jerseys of Garmin Run gathered together, creating a colorful picture of sportsmanship . They came from many different ages, levels and countries such as: Korea, China, Taiwan, America... starting at three distances of 21km, 10km and 5km.
On the same route, there are experienced runners conquering half marathons, there are people trying their hand at long distance running for the first time, there are also couples, groups of friends or families walking together full of emotions. All join in the same rhythm, where each step is filled with determination, smiles and a spirit of breakthrough.

More than just a race, Garmin Run Vietnam 2025 has become an emotional milestone, where each individual finds a stronger version of themselves. On one of the most beautiful routes in Ho Chi Minh City, runners can feel the rhythm of modern life while enjoying the green spaces in the heart of Sala urban area.
Upon reaching the finish line, athletes enjoy a professional recovery journey: massage area, technology experience space, personalized medal engraving... Every detail is taken care of to make the journey of conquest more complete.

The event’s influence was further enhanced by the presence of many familiar faces who love sports such as Ai Phuong, Kha Ngan, Ngoc Thanh Tam, Dinh Tien Dat, Hoang Oanh, Mau Thuy, Annie Nguyen and other professional Elites. They not only participated to conquer the race, but also spread the spirit of “living healthy – living actively” through their own energy and joy.

As actress Kha Ngan shared: “Garmin Run helps Ngan become a better version of herself every day”. And singer Ai Phuong affirmed: “The special thing about Garmin Run is not just the running track, but the emotions – the energy and the community spirit here”.
According to the organizers, more than 80% of participants belong to Gen Z and Gen Y generations - young, dynamic faces who are turning jogging into a part of a modern lifestyle: balanced, positive and aiming for sustainable health.
After the event, that spirit continued to spread strongly on social networks. Hundreds of videos recording the moments when runners broke personal records, completed their first distance or reached the finish line together quickly covered all platforms. Shared lines such as “my first race”, “PR has never been so close”, “From Zero To Hero” became proof of the spread of the healthy living movement that Garmin is initiating.
The power of connection and legacy
What makes Garmin Run successful is not only its scale, but also its spirit of connection and sharing. From training sessions and training plans shared every week within the Gamin Run Club (GRC) community, to inspirational minigames before the race day – all have created a journey of connection for thousands of runners. On the race track, the spirit of “no one is left behind” is clearly demonstrated through the companionship of experienced pacers, dedicated volunteers and the encouraging touches between strangers who share the same passion.

At the same time, technology also plays an important role in helping runners prepare and improve every day. From tracking training plans, controlling heart rate, to analyzing training metrics, Garmin watches become a trusted companion throughout the journey, helping each runner understand their body better, adjust the right intensity, and be ready to conquer their goals on race day.

Garmin Run Vietnam 2025 has come to an end, but the values it creates have only just begun. The event not only brings a large-scale playground for sports lovers, but also affirms a lifestyle that is becoming a trend: living actively, persistently and aiming for a better version every day. More than a race, this is a journey to spread the spirit of "From Zero to Hero", demonstrating Garmin's sustainable commitment: not only creating devices, but also accompanying, inspiring and motivating people to live healthier, happier - starting today.
