
As of July 31, Yen Bai Ward Public Administration Service Center implemented 410 administrative procedures, including 122 online public service administrative procedures at the commune level, and 143 administrative procedures for non-territorial reception (including both provincial and commune levels).



The Center shall publicly post commune-level administrative procedures and administrative procedures received regardless of administrative boundaries at the headquarters of the Ward Public Administration Service Center according to regulations. At the same time, establish and publicize a hotline to receive feedback and recommendations on administrative procedure settlement of the Ward People's Committee to support, guide and answer according to authority.
In addition, the Center has received a total of 3,469 applications, of which 1,935 were received online; 1,534 were received directly; 2,887 were resolved; 582 were being resolved, with 100% of the applications on time and no overdue applications.
Currently, the Center receives about 180 - 200 people every day to transact administrative procedures such as: submitting documents, consulting on procedures, and getting results. The officials and civil servants at the Center always uphold the spirit of responsibility in serving the people, strictly comply with the working hours according to the rules and regulations of the Center, have a style and standards of public ethics in seriously implementing in receiving and guiding citizens, and are evaluated by the people as satisfied and very satisfied.
