In the final minutes, Nguyen Tan Thinh's only goal helped Ho Chi Minh City Union 2 win with a narrow score of 1-0.
With 2 wins each, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh City 2 Trade Union won tickets to continue in group A. In the final round, they will face each other to compete for the top spot.

In Group C, the results were also decided early despite being considered the "group of death". Hai Phong Trade Union beat Le Bao Minh 2-1, while Sacombank defeated Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union 5-1.
With these results, Hai Phong Trade Union and Sacombank are the ones to move on in Group C.
Meanwhile, in Group D, the championship candidate, Vietnam Bank Trade Union, also officially advanced after a 5-1 victory over Hanoi City Trade Union.
The final round of group stage matches on the morning of November 1 will determine the remaining 3 names to win tickets to the quarter-finals, including 2 spots in Group B and 1 spot in Group D.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 took place from October 31 to November 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that had successfully passed the qualifying round.
