
Accordingly, 20 civil servants and public employees from departments and branches such as the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, the Provincial Inspectorate, etc. were mobilized to 15 communes and wards in the area. This force was assigned to be in charge of key areas including: finance - planning, construction, agriculture, environment, land and digital transformation.
Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee assessed that after a period of implementing the two-level local government model, the administrative apparatus has operated more stably and streamlined. However, many localities still lack staff, especially in specialized fields such as construction, land, and finance; officials have to take on many tasks concurrently, with great work pressure.
This time, the secondment of civil servants and public employees is a timely solution, contributing to solving difficulties for the grassroots, while creating conditions for provincial-level officials to practice, accumulate practical experience, and improve the quality of long-term human resources for the province.
Previously, the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the increase of provincial-level civil servants and public employees to communes and wards. In addition to 20 people seconded to undertake professional duties and support local authorities, the province also mobilized 11 more officials to hold leadership positions in localities.
