
Accordingly, 20 civil servants and officials from departments and agencies such as the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, the Provincial Inspectorate, etc., were assigned to 15 communes and wards in the area. This force was assigned to be in charge of key areas including: finance and planning, construction, agriculture, environment, land, and digital transformation.
The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province assessed that, after implementing the two-tiered local government model, the administrative apparatus has become more stable and streamlined. However, many localities still lack personnel, especially in specialized fields such as construction, land, and finance; officials have to take on multiple tasks, leading to significant work pressure.
This secondment of civil servants and officials is a timely solution that helps to alleviate difficulties at the grassroots level, while also creating opportunities for provincial-level officials to train, accumulate practical experience, and improve the long-term quality of human resources for the province.
Previously, the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department announced the strengthening of provincial-level civil servants and officials at the commune and ward levels. In addition to 20 seconded personnel assigned to specialized tasks and support local authorities, the province also deployed 11 more officials to leadership positions in various localities.
