Da Nang: Timely rescue of a driver buried under the ground

On the afternoon of October 28, the People's Committee of Tra Doc commune (Da Nang city) said that local forces had just promptly rescued an excavator driver buried under mud at a landslide in village 2, Tra Doc commune.

Initial information, at around 4 pm on the same day, driver LVT (born in 1983) was operating an excavator to fix a landslide in village 2, Tra Doc commune. When passing through an area with a slight landslide, he was suddenly buried by a large amount of mud.

Discovering the incident, many people nearby quickly came to the rescue, pulling Mr. T. out of the mud in time, with injuries to his arms, legs and neck.

Mr. T. received first aid at the Commune Health Station before being transferred to a higher level.

Mr. Phan Duy Hung, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, said that the authorities took Mr. T. to the Commune Health Station for first aid and then transferred him to Tra My Medical Center for treatment.
