Continue to monitor the reservoir operation to ensure the safety of the project and not increase flooding downstream. Urgently check, have immediate solutions to fix the problem, and restore information and power grid as soon as safety is ensured.
Urgently mobilize forces, materials and means to overcome and clear traffic routes, especially national highways.
Ministries, branches and localities continue to maintain forces ready to carry out tasks to handle arising problems when flood developments remain complicated and prolonged.
