With outstanding achievements in studying and working in the Youth Union, 5 members of the Youth Union of Luong The Vinh High School, including Ha Nguyen Thu Ha, Le Thi Hoang My, Phan Thi Hong Nhung, Dang Thi Kieu Vy and Vo Nhu Quoc Huy, were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Under the Party flag, the national flag and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh , the new party members took an oath and promised to strive to fulfill the duties of a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
