On the afternoon of April 28, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association in collaboration with the Hai Duong Provincial Museum organized a photo exhibition of "Memories of the battlefield" by the late photographer Tran Van Thong. The family of the late photographer Tran Van Thong donated the late artist's photo collection to a number of units and schools. The documentary photo exhibition "Memories of the battlefield" by the late photographer Tran Van Thong introduces to the public 50 typical photo works with 3 themes. The theme "Front" introduces photos capturing the place where soldiers directly face danger and sacrifice, clearly demonstrating the team spirit, bravery, resilience and will to fight to protect the Fatherland of the soldiers. The theme "Silence of War" includes photos capturing the resting time - precious moments on the battlefield. It is this silence that allows them to share their camaraderie, homesickness, and nostalgia for their homeland. Although short, it helps soldiers maintain their strength and resilience on the fierce battlefield. The theme "Victory Day" records the historical moment, marking an important turning point in the struggle for national independence. The late photographer Tran Van Thong was born in 1942 in Chua village, An Chau commune, Nam Sach district (now An Thuong commune, Hai Duong city).
